Why does it say "You Planted No Trees"?

We plant one tree for every product purchases from chalkrebels.com. If you have participated in our Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign those trees were planted specifically for that campaign but we don't trace them back to your individual account here at chalkrebels.com

How does the tree counting work?

In 2023 we added a tree counter to each customer's account. For each product you buy from this website we will plant one tree and your counter will update automatically. Your orders from before 2023 count towards your tree count too.

Which products are vegan?

Let's flip that question around: which products are NOT vegan? Answer: the only products that are NOT vegan are our repair balm and repair cream. 

Where is the chalk survey?

We're still fine-tuning out products & in particular the chalk powder product formula is still being worked on. You can help us improve it by giving your feedback here: CHALK SURVEY

Where can I download the "Chalking Up" PDF?

Right here. We spent 3 years studying chalk & skincare for climbers & this guide gives you a short summary of what we learned & how you can developer a great, personalized, grip & care routine. 

Can I get special discounts?

We offer volume discounts of up to -2 EUR per product if you purchase multiple products in a single order. Those are applied automatically in your cart. We also offer free shipping starting from orders over 30 EUR. Shipping is calculated during checkout.

If you would like to represent our brand we would like to invite you to become a brand ambassador for even further discounts. Just drop us a mail if you're interested.

Do you have special tips for how to use the products?

Yes. We keep a collection of usage tips here.

Can I plant a tree for a product I purchased outside of chalkrebels.com?

Yes. Please send a picture of the product & proof of purchase to hello@chalkrebels.com & we will tell you what you need to do to increase your tree count.

How can I write a review?

You can find the "write a review" button at the bottom of each individual product page on chalkrebels.com. Just navigate to the product, scroll to the bottom & you will find it in the reviews section.
