Day Twenty Four

In this session I show you the hard truth about building a product like this: sometimes you fuck up in a major way. Turns out that we made a big mistake in one of our early batches. When I first received that batch I had a bad gut feeling about it and immediately did a viscosity adjustment.

A couple weeks later, I can now show you the difference between the "bad" batch and the adjusted batch. Both have been in a tube for the same amount of time. We're picking up a new batch of product today where the lab did the adjustment themselves.
