Ambassador: Tiba Vroom

Tiba Vroom is more than just a top climber—she’s a community builder and advocate for sustainable climbing. Growing up in the Netherlands, she excelled in competition climbing, securing multiple National Youth Championship titles and competing on the IFSC Bouldering World Cup circuit.

In 2020, she shifted her focus to outdoor bouldering, becoming the first Dutch woman to climb an 8b boulder. She also founded Wildflower, the Netherlands’ first non-profit bouldering gym, and ĀTMA Climbing, offering coaching, training, and promoting responsible climbing in Fontainebleau.

Beyond climbing, Tiba is actively involved in sustainability efforts. She serves as a board member of *RespectBleau* and *l’Association Internationale des Bleausardes*, works to protect climbing areas, and organizes events like the Women’s Bouldering Festival. Her insights have been featured in major climbing media, and she co-hosts *De KlimPodcast*, the first Dutch climbing podcast.
