Climbing Plan
To build your personalised plan, we need a few details about your climbing. Read through the section below to understand exactly what we ask for and why—then fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Climbing XP. Tell us how long you have been climbing. This will allow us to assign the correct training load for your experience level. How long have you been climbing regularly (3–4 times per month)?
Current Grade. Your repeatable bouldering grade, what you can send consistently (e.g. last 8 weeks). This drives your plan intensity.
Max Grade. Maximum grade you have climbed in the last three months.
Injuries. We need to know if you have any injuries that are limiting your climbing right now. Be honest.
