Today I'm showing how we go about prototyping our packaging designs.

Day Eleven

August 19, 2020

We made some sample packages and delivered them to gyms and retail stores near by.

I've been modifying the viscosity manually to get the our samples slightly more liquid. We tested out our modification in the gym and battle-tested the idea of adding a little piece of string to the tube to hang it from your harness.

Day Nine

August 17, 2020

We received the another print proof of the tube box today.

Day Eight

August 16, 2020

We started adjusting the viscosity of our first batch of liquid chalk and squeeze some in the first tubes.

Day Seven

August 15, 2020

Lots of practical work in the last couple of days. We finished up most of our packaging design, created a first batch of products ready for sale, and we urgently need to transfer our bulk supply of liquid chalk into tubes.

Day Six

August 14, 2020

Today was a big day. I picked up our first load of Chalk Cream produced in a GMP-certified facility and filled a first tube. Next days are going to be filling tubes and sending out samples.
